The next BCE breakfast will be hosted by Sonoma CleanPower at their headquarters in Santa Rosa. Frank Lindh will speak about the potential impact of the PG&E bankruptcy on business customers, on the state’s energy system and climate goals. Lindh was General Counsel for the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) for six years, from 2008 until 2014. He was also an appellate attorney in the Office of the Solicitor of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Before joining the CPUC, Frank spent 15 years as an in-house attorney at PG&E, which included the period of PG&E’s prior bankruptcy in 2001, and the catastrophic Energy Crisis of 2000-2001.
