Three out of four candidates for two open seats on Piedmont’s City Council support Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) as a way to facilitate the “greening” of Piedmont.
“PIEDMONT — Four candidates are running for two open seats on the Piedmont City Council in the Nov. 8 election.
They come from various backgrounds and experience, and their responses to three questions are noted below. The candidates are: Nancy Bostrom-Fleming, Jennifer Cavenaugh, Councilman Jonathan Levine and Vice Mayor Robert McBain.
The questions are: How would you educate the general public who do not attend City Council meetings about taking steps to protect themselves from crime? What more can the city do to bring about the greening of Piedmont? What, if anything, should be done with Blair Park to make it a more viable community resource?”
