ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Clean Power Alliance, in parntership with the Local Government Commission, is hosting a workshop focused on Energy & Equity as part of the Sustainable Energy Incubator quarterly workshop series. These workshops will cover a range of energy and climate topics to increase the awareness of emerging issues, available tools, resources, and best practices for CPA local member agencies, board members, CSR representatives, and other stakeholders.
In this workshop, attendees will learn about equitable clean energy program planning and implementation. Speakers will dive into the design process and structure of equitable energy programs as well as present a case study on equitable program implementation. Attendees will also have a chance to brainstorm creative solutions, partnerships, and funding opportunities to overcome the challenges of energy-related inequities.
